If solvent recovery is not required, the condenser can be omitted. This machine is designed with a simple internal structure, easy cleaning, and all materials can be discharged, making it easy to operate. Can reduce labor intensity and improve working environment. At the same time, due to the rotation of the container itself, the material also rotates, but there is no material accumulation on the wall, resulting in a high heat transfer coefficient and a high drying rate. This not only saves energy, but also ensures uniform and sufficient drying of the material, resulting in good quality. It can be widely used for drying in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, dyes, etc.
working principle:
SZGThe series of double cone rotary vacuum dryers is a double cone rotary tank body. In a vacuum state, the tank body is heated by introducing heat transfer oil or hot water into the jacket, and the heat contacts the wet material through the inner wall of the tank body. The water vapor or other gases evaporated from wet materials after absorbing heat are extracted through a vacuum pump and a vacuum exhaust pipe. Due to the vacuum state inside the tank and the continuous up and down, internal and external flipping of the material caused by the rotation of the tank, the drying speed of the material is accelerated, and the drying rate is increased to achieve uniform drying.
Application scope:
This machine is suitable for vacuum drying and mixing of powder and granular materials in industries such as medicine, food, and chemical engineering, especially suitable for drying required by the following:

2Materials that require solvent recycling
3Easy to oxidize, flammable and explosive materials
